Halder Venture has a sound evolution history of consistent growth. The inception took place way back in the year 1924 with the foundation of B.C Halder Rice and Oil Mill, in Rampurhat by Mr. Brindaban Chandra Halder & Sons.
In the early 80's their serious efforts led to the development of the company. Sree Lalateswari Rice Mill owned by Mr. Prabhat Kumar Halder, in Nalhati, Birbhum was in view in this junction of time.
Later in 1995, Mr. Keshab Kumar Halder was in act who founded Sree Jatadhari Rice Mill, followed by the foundation of P.K Cereals Private Limited in the year 2005 by the joint effort of Mr. Prabhat Kumar Halder and Mr. Keshab Kumar Halder. Last but not the least, P.K Agri Link Private Limited was incorporated on 2008 by Mr. Keshab Kumar Halder, Mr. Prabhat Kumar Halder and Mrs. Rekha Halder. Serious efforts were given to know the nuance of the business and strategically upheld the company to this day. The evolution of the company to its present form is full of series of accomplishments year after year.
Halder Venture with its effective business strategy kept establishing the production units consecutively with state-of-the-art complex machineries maintaining the growth structure in the posterior years. The highly integrated nature and strategic location of its manufacturing units provides the company a significant advantage over the unorganized players apart from effectively competing with the organized players.
